Go to your iTunes and pick out 5 of your fave songs. Keep it upbeat. Do the move regular style until you hit the chorus.
Song 1: crunches
- at the choruses, do leg lifts
- at the end when the chorus keeps repeating do double crunches til the song ends…
Happy national coffee day! A donut-filled cupcake with espresso buttercream would be a nice way to celebrate, no?
Just whip up your favorite cupcake batter (I used vanilla), spoon a heaping tablespoon into prepared cupcake tins, plop a mini donut in each tin, cover with more batter, and bake!
To make the espresso buttercream, make the vanilla buttercream found here, then add espresso powder to taste (I used a few teaspoons).
